Ok so i have been slacking for awhile now . my weight has been going up and down too. I am not happy with where i am now but i am proud of myself that i have been able to lose 30 ponds. However with the weight gain and losing so often , i really don’t know where i am at. my lowest has been 197 my highest has been 207. i weighed myself late at night and i was 207.6 when a few days ago i was 197 or 198 . i did just eat a big bowl of spaghetti too and its late . so instead of dropping back to old bad habits i am drinking tons of water now and plan to get back on track tomorrow. I know i can do this and i will. starting tomorrow i am going to do a liquid “diet” for the weekend . I will be drinking my herbal life meal replacement shakes and water. its a little mini challenge for myself. and even though i am working this weekend , i am going to fit some workouts in.
So I have made a separate Tumblr for my fitness journey that will include more text than pictures of my personal thoughts , after this post i will mainly put my thoughts on my other fitness blog . don’t worry i still will update this blog with text here and there. but this blog will be more picture post as usual. I did this because some people dont care for text post and would rather have a motivating picture than my personal thoughts. so anywhoooo my new blog is Journeytothefitme
